- Multisport cards can be used to attend open lessons only, this does not apply to seminars or courses.
- To make a reservation, it is necessary to have a deposit of the same financial value as the lesson (220,-) available on your users’s profile. Even for your first lesson.
- It is possible to create multiple reservations, but the number of paid deposits must be equal to the number of lessons you want to reserve.
- You can top up your deposits online in the user’s profile or in the studio by cash and card.
- It is not possible to use a basic credit as a deposit for the reservation.
- If you don’t cancel your reservation in time (max 5 hours before the class, reservations for morning lessons can be cancelled until 21:00 of the previous day) and you do not attend the lesson, the deposit will be deducted from your profile and you will have to pay a new one.
- When you attend a lesson, the deposit is transferred back to your account and you can use it for your next reservation.
- To use a MS card you must confirm your identity at the reception by ID card. The name on the ID must correspond with the name on the MS card.
- The deposit is valid for six months. With every use of your MS card, the expiration of the deposit is extended for another six months.
- If you no longer want to use the MS card, you can use the deposit as a payment for the next / last lesson. In cases such as health issues or moving you can request a deposit return by bank transfer upon request. Then please fill in the form on our website. Deposits are sent back to the account twice a month.
